As a result, we always direct to sustainable business development conforming to ethnic standards. By any means necessary, we seek and apply methods that help access and exploit natural resources sustainably. The details are as follows:
Quang Trung company gives priority to workplace safety and human health as we understand our workers, employees can only work at their best when they feel satisfied and secure. We undertake to focus on the quality of facilities, using modern machinery in mining to avoid accidents or hazard risks. As we acknowledge our impact on human health, we cooperate with surrounding localities to manage and protect the health and wellbeing of our peoples. The company also provides employees with activities to enhance physical and mental health by building some specialized areas for agricultural development. Being aware of our impact on the environment, we pledge to create detailed plans on industrial waste treatment, develop the factory and barite mine in accordance with the standards of low-carbon economy, avoiding negative environmental effects and building resilience to climate change impacts.
In addition to our direct environmental management actions, all activities concerning green mining will be promoted strongly and continuously. Long-living trees will be carefully selected in order to recover the land for sustainable mineral exploitation and bring fresh air to the factory area as well as places where people live.
